This policy explains what information Password Formula (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and what choices you have. Password Formula is run by Gambit Technologies Inc., Suite 617, Future Point Plaza 1, Panay Ave., Bgy South Triangle, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1103. Questions? Email us at support@passwordformula.com.
The short version
- We never ask for, collect, or store your passwords. Password Formula is a method you learn, not an app or a vault. Your formula, components, and notes stay with you.
- Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. We never see your full card details.
- We only use your information to deliver the course, support you, and (if you agree) send you updates.
What we collect
- Purchase information. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing country, and payment details. Lemon Squeezy shares your name, email, country, and order details with us so we can deliver and support your purchase.
- Messages you send us. If you email us or fill in a form (for example, a review form), we keep what you send.
- Reviews. If you submit a review, we keep your rating, your words, and whether you gave permission to publish them with your first name.
- Basic website data. Like most websites, our host and site software may log your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and may use essential cookies so the site works. We don’t use analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To deliver the course and give you access to the materials.
- To answer support requests and process refunds.
- To send a short follow-up email after your purchase asking for honest feedback. You can ignore it.
- To send product updates or news, only if you opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
- Lemon Squeezy (payments, tax, file delivery, receipts). See the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy.
- Our website host and email provider, only as needed to run the site and send email.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Published reviews
We only publish a review if you clearly give permission. We show your first name only (unless you ask otherwise). You can ask us to remove your review at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records as long as tax and accounting laws require. We keep other information only as long as we need it, then delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR, the UK GDPR, the Philippine Data Privacy Act, or California law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your information, or to object to how we use it. Email support@passwordformula.com and we’ll help. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Password Formula is not intended for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. Important changes will be announced on this page.
